There are no refunds for custom artworks due to time engagements and supply costs. All artwork is shipped out insured. If it comes damaged, please reach out to the shipping office directly.

Shipping is currently available in the continental United States at an additional charge of $100. If you live outside of the 48 continental states, including Alaska and Hawaii, please reach out to us for shipping information.
